Telkom offers the worst service ever, i will ensure never to recommend them as a service provider to any of my friends, family or even colleagues. Their billing systems are pathetic, every month they debit our accounts but they switched off my Wi-Fi coz im im arrears when i called the CC they cant explain to me where the arrears are.. im actually so upset, as soon as fibre is available in my area im ditching your ********* **** telkom..Bad service for loyal customers..
