*********** technicians

I'd like to make a complaint about the Telkom Technical department. The so-called "technician" are extremely *********** because they cannot read instructions on cases logged and don't arrive at the scheduled date for technical checks. They are also too lazy to even contact the customers to inform them that they will no longer be arriving for the scheduled day to check for a fault with the towers. I really hope that Telkom and do something about this because my bill is too high for the inadequate service that they are providing. I'm really on the verge of cancelling my contract if nothing is done to improve the service from the technical side.
