*********** staff. Rerouting calls and messages in circles to ensure nothing gets done

I received a phone call from Sell Direct offereing me an upgrade to 120GB at no extra cost. This salesperson failed at trying to be funny and was also very sarcastic and rude. I ended the call. Of course the complaint I lodged meant nothing. No manager phoned back and no one will.

Trying to deal woth Telkom Mobile regarding this was another nightmare. This all means I am loosing out on a great deal. This also doe smean that I will be looking at alternatives.
