*********** Staff & No Stock

I'm fuming , Telkom Vangate Mall , About a month and half ago , i app**** for two contract phones , the guy that my application was edgy and in a rush , the application took almost 45mins to a hour, the outcome after the long wait was that Telkom will give you a call back the next day , the next day no call two weeks later i go back to him his in a rush again and makes like he checks and says its in process. Another two weeks pass and i go back to the store only to hear my application was only done half way !!! imagine my anger but kept my cool and asked the guy to complete it, he did and it was approved only to hear no stock !! another week pass we get a call the phones has arrived , today i go the shop only to hear that we cant get the phones cause the powerbank which is given with the promotion is faulty !!!!!! and we'll have to wait another two weeks FML !!!!!!! I am dissapointed in the service , please get my phones asap !! as in tomorrow !!!!!! Unsatisfied customer
