<p>What's the point of paying for MY PHONE to be released from the stupid ******* of a Repair centre, told it will be take 4 days to get back to Cape Town and here we are a week later... THE PHONE WAS NOT EVEN COLLECTED FROM THE REPAIR CENTRE and once again I must wait 5 to 7 working days...</p> <p>No simple phone call from a manager or a consultant. No correspondence. Why must the CUSTOMER beg for service they pay you for!!! I am beyond livid!</p> <p>What more must a person do to get through to you and get back what is mine!!!!?? It's one empty promise and generic response after the other.</p> <p>What must a person do to get proper service and for less of an inconvenience to be caused!!? All you idiots do is make life unbearable and unpleasant. Such an unnecessary hassle if you can just keep the client informed.</p> <p>Idiots. Absolute idiots. <br />And now I am gatvol. <br />You are wasting my time and messing me around. It's one story after the next - that's if someone bothers to reply!</p> <p> </p>
