They are a bunch of **********. My bill always came with extra charges I knew nothing about. Been with them for 3 years no missed payments and I missed a payment they blocked my number and refused to unblock it even after I made payment. Their agents are rude and ready disconnect you every chance they get.A manager by the name of Lindiwe Nkala refused to speak to me even after I was promised a call from her. I've been fighting for 2 days with different agents and managers who treat me like a disease. Do not even think of going to Telkom, they are the worst when it comes to service and accountability. All they care about is draining money out of you. Disgusted at their staff as well.
