I took out a contract with telkom, and the sales consultant that was helping me out was Tshidi Tlake, when we started she was all professional and i wanted the iPhone 6Plus 128g but she sold me a iphone 7 which she said thats what they have in stock and said to me i will get approval same day, but at the end of an application which took hours she advised me that back office wants to check my application and she would give feedback by end of day Tuesday the 15th of May, to my surprise she didnt come back to me i made a several follow ups with no replies from her until i went straight to the shop and i got my phone.

my issue is the contract she said i would be getting 100 free any network minutes, 50 sms and 10 gig of data for the first 3 months then after that its going to be 1 gig. so now i am trying to make call and keep on saying i dont have enough funds, i called the helpdesk and i spoke to Philile Duba and she explained to me why my bill was sky high and that my contract doesnt come with free minutes. Tshidi advised me that my first installment will be half payment for May and then full installment for June but the Philile explained something else that i am paying the full amount for the device.

i dont want this contract if i am not getting the 100 free any network minutes.
