We app**** for the 50GB LTE deal and we sent in confirmation to cancel the ADSL only and RETAIN THE EMAILS (which we were aware will be at a cost)<br> <br> Your staff have cancelled everything and now our business is at a standstill.<br> We called in on Friday afternoon and the person that took the call created new emails but took it down incorrectly.<br> <br> Since Friday we have had no email services.<br> <br> We need this sorted out ASAP<br> <br> <br> <br> Please get back to me urgently as this is a business which relies on email.<br> <br> Regards<br>
