*********** staff

Im so fed up with the *********** staff at Telkom. I called the call centre in December of 2019 to cancel my interney service with them and i spoke to a call centre operator who explained to me that it will take 30days for the cancellation and it will be end on the 19th January 2020. Eversince the 19 January i have been billed every month and now they threatening ro hamd me over to their lawyers. I contacted them and asked them to plz review the recorded calls of my cancellation but yet they tell me they cant do it. I will advise anyone to NOT sign up with Telkom for any product.
