*********** staff and ********* business practices.

Telkom I am really confused with your business practices and ethics. I have been unemployed for three years now because of you. Since 2016 I have been logging cases to resolve my issues with being billed monthly for a service but not receiving what I paid for. Then you don't send me my statements then I request my statement on a few occasions. Eventually I recieve three at once. I then immediately pay the account and bring it up to date then again no statement I recieve a statement in April 2017, within one month by June 2016 you defaulted me on my credit profile with a comment written off debt not recoverable. Not letters none of my queries resolved non of my payments refunded or credited. I have sent numerous requests to get this resolved a year later still no response. Only VVM irritation calling 25 times a day sending threats being rude on the phone. I kept asking them why they threatening if they already listed me and ask them if they can follow up on my queries and why I was defaulted without the right procedure by telkom also no resolve just get a different person calling and demanding money making threats. So I have officially had enough I would like someone from telkom senior account managers to please be in contact with me. If not I have incurred many losses due to telkoms ******* and un ethical business practices. No procedure followed but myself and my family are suffering the consequences of your *********** staff.
