*********** Staff and poor Service provider.

I placed an order online on the 09th March 2020 and received my order on the 13th March, when i got home i realized that there was no TV Box and i did ask the consultant what do I do if i have to connect to my TV he said i don't need it Now we are stuck with the router that has no use i have been calling Telkom and even went to Alberton store for a TV BOX AND NO WAS WILLING TO ASSIST ME, can they come and take their problem way from me and give me what i need its been 2weeks since I'm working from home and my kids ca't even watch TV, BECAUSE OF *********** STAFF, yesterday i called the guy told me that the person who did my sale will call me back till this time i haven't received a call fro them.
