Telkom has been yet again charging us for services we never received. From October 2017 we were being charged for services we have never received! The last time i reported them we were told the account has been reversed. TODAY we are told that we are under credit burea. This is the most *********** staff and billings. They expect a customer to pay for services they have never provided!
