I've extremely frustrated with there services and call centre staff. The incompetence is ridiculous. Ive been trying to resolve a dispute with them for a few months now so I can get my wifi back up but to no avail. When requesting to speak to a manager it's always the same thing. It will take 48-72hours to log a call with a manager, but they never call back. I just need this **** resolved asap
