<p>I took the Huawei T8 for my daughter for 180 a month.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I recieved my first invoice and noticed that it was waaay more that the R180 that iI was told it would be. I called in Aug/Sep and was then told that iI shouldve capped my daughter spending. I requested the consultant that I was speaking to to cap my daughters off the contract spending limit to R50 and was told it would be effective the following month.</p> <p>The shock i got whilsts going through my 3 ,months bank statements, the spending limit was never capped.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am requesting for this matter to be sorted out and the call recording to be retrieved on what the consulted has promised me and what is happening to my statements.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />ASAP</p>
