Unfortunately I have to give one star in order to write this review but honestly the Telkom staff at the Carnival Mall branch does not deserve any stars. September 2018 my fiance purchased two phones from telkom- one which is a Samsung Galaxy note 8 on a 2 year contract, but the staff are so *********** that they did not even mention to us there is a Samsung mobile care plan available. This plan basically covers 2 screen repairs over the two years. But the staff were so busy talking to each other and laughing it was a mission getting a proper answer from them. It is a disgrace that the service can be so poor. If anything happens to my device that causes the screen to crack I wont be able to fix it. I will never never recommend Telkom to anyone. After my two year contract I will not hesitate for a second rather sign a new phone contract with a different company.
