<p>I tried apply for the Basic Do package, the consultant said she was unable to pick up my address so she could confirm coverage and maximum speed. She then said she forwarded the address to the technical department and would get back to me once their have confirmed the aforesaid and continue with the application... I am still waiting for that call.</p>
