I went to the Telkom branch in Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Center last year in March. I was due for an upgrade. I asked for a specific phone and the upgrade process was done. Just before walking out of Telkom I realized that it was the wrong model and not what I requested. I went back and explain to the lady who assisted me that it was the wrong phone. She took the phone back and said that they will order it for us and that she will contact me within the next coming week. Almost a month later I asked what is happening to the phone as for I was billed for the upgrade but does not have any phone. This branch could not assist me. I asked for them to cancel the contract. I am still getting billed each month and must go in each week to Telkom to asked them to follow up as to why this transaction was never corrected and cancelled. The same thing happens all over. I do get a lot of reference numbers and when I use these numbers with my next visit to Telkom they explain that these numbers are error numbers. I also have to go and stand in the ques at my bank to reverse the debit order that was taken off my account. Each month I get nasty SMS messages that my account was handed over for legal action. I am beyond frustration with Telkom in their *********** staff that cannot resolve this matter for me. It cost me so much money thus far for no contract or service from Telkom.
