After 6 long months of fighting with Telkom to cancel my contract ,8 visits to the store, numerous emails to Nicholas Ashton and who ever else's e-mails I could find. My complaint is still not resolved. They still debit my account every month (received another statement). The manager Nomhle at the N1 City branch tells me im rude. I was angry because of her failure as a manager to capture my request. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM people. I have never come across such terrible service in my life
