<p>I had a prepaid phone and I missed a month of paying they closed it I went there and they said they don't offer prepaid anymore because I missed a month of payment, I then settled for the R189 package, Lukhil the person that was helping me at vaal mall vanderbijl got my details wrong my contact detail are wrong my address is wrong so it makes it hard for me to do my monthly payments because there is no correspondence, right now I receive a bill of R1031,40 and I dnt know what this bill is for please help as I want to go back to my yearly prepaid this is frustrating and ***********.</p>
