*********** service from Telkom and contact center stuff

month ago, July or so I called in to Telkom to have my data contract cancelled, this was not done. I then called them again and they advised that this request was not done and that I still owe them. I made contact last week with their customer care team to escalate this, as I have been receiving undue invoices and call from debt collected advising me that I have been handed over. the lady from the customer care team advise that this will be escalated, gave me a ref number that is not recognized by other Telkom employees as I call them today a week later, with no response to my escalated query. terrible service this has been, I need it resolved and my name cleared immediately!
