It is impossible to cancel a contract with Telkom, they refuse to assist you when you phone their call centre, and provide you with invalid email addresses just to get rid of you. Our school has been trying for two weeks already and still have not been assisted. The only way to cancel them is to stop debit orders through your bank. Hopefully at least they contact you when they don't get their money.
