<p>I do not understand why a company would advertise everywhere, billboards, television, magazine and even head up being head sponsor for Idols SA but trying to get them to respond to a simple "please could you come activate my line" is asking for the world to change. Having all these beautiful marketing messages is brilliant but if you guys can't deliver a simple call out request then, Telkom you kissing the mark of customer service </p>
