On 12March we went to Telkom Mobile to apply for a contract advertised in the store for Microsoft Lumia 535 on Smartplan100 for R159. Lerato said that they are out of stock because it is a popular phone, but they have ordered stock. I told her that it is quite urgent that I get a new phone & she rep**** that it will arrive on the following Monday. On 21March I went to the store and Abigail said that it is an unpopular phone and they have and will not order stock, because it won't sell. I asked why they advertise it in their store, it is not that they can't get stock, THEY CHANGED THE ADVERT BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT STOCK. I want that specific deal&asked if she can help me with another phone with that contract and received a rude \NO!". On 26March I phoned Abigail & said I will contact head office If she doesn't try to help me"
