*********** ******** tendencies!

Telkom has out of nowhere increased my bill. I always and have been paying the same amount for a Top-Up contract for two phones. The money has been fixed since I took the contract, suddenly this month it has increased, my insurance is doubled, my device amount has also increased. Im not on pay-as-you-use, how can my bill increase out of nowhere and no one knows why??

When I call for help, no one knows why my account bill has increased, no one is able to help, I keep holding on the line for too long no follow up, no call back. Nothing! Im so mad at Telkom and their poor service and **** tendencies and want out already!!
