I took out an LTE contract with them. Gave sales agent updated details as I had previously had a contract with them. The guy didn't bother updating them, got debited on the 25th of June instead of last day of the month. The debit order bounced, they moved to the updated account given to them, somehow the debit order didn't go through. I had to call in was advised by their consultant to pay via eft, did so while on the call now I've been debited again even after paying and worse I'm in arrears of the bounced debit order simply because they used the incorrect account. Telkom hasn't been of any help since, I keep on being told to wait for an invoice so that I can dispute, These guys and their workers are the biggest **** of all time.
