<p>I have placed an order on two occasions for a fixed landline as well as an adsl line. After waiting patiently for 14 days after the first order no one got back to me. I then tried to contact their online support with no success. I then requested a call back with no success. I then phoned and eventually got through and was told there is no record of my order. I then placed another order. After waiting for another 14 days I complained on telkoms facebook page and was told that there is no record of my order and they will get back to me. After 7 days of waiting i complained and was told I must go to one of there stores to place an order.</p> <p>I am very irritated by the the lack of service and the reluctancy of the sales and customer support staff to place my order correctly!! Honestly, who's ass do I have to kiss just to get a landline!?!?!?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
