I am very upset as I did an online application in December to upgrade to the iPhone xs max monate Monday deal of R369 x 24m on a topup 1.5gb package which was available online only on the 20th December. The following day a consultant contacted me confirming all the details and stated that my device will be delivered within 7-10 working days. I haven't received anything as yet. Upon contacting your call agents they say that nothing was ever processed for my number. They also mentioned that I was supposed to receive an sms with reference number etc after the call which I never received. This is clearly upsetting me as I made plans waiting for my new device and now only to be told that there is nothing that can be done. I want this device, at the package advertised. I have screenshots of the contact details for the number that called and the otp sms I've received on the day to confirm my details (21st December). This is clearly not my fault but it comes from telkom as this consultant represents telkom.
