Went to telkom crest and the lady at the door ask why I was there and I said for a sim swap she said I should stand in a certain line only to find out when I got there its the wrong one I asked her and she was very rude and unapologetic about the fact that I had to stand in another long queue. Her name tag was turned around and I had to ask for her name.
