I have asked the operators at 10210 why my usage counter on my internet was not reset on the end of August and they told me to talk to accounts, the people in accounts tell me I must talk to 10210 its is to show why every one is leaving telkom because of the incompetence of the people working there well Telkom now I'm thinking of canceling my service with you and go to your competition maybe will get better service
