<p>Here I am again complaining, 9/1/2015 was my first time when i started having a problem and asked for help and since then it has been back and forth with ref nummbers and cases resolved without even someone coming to my house to fix or to look at the problem. O yes there was one guy that came there he did a speedtest and wrote a report and left with no recomondation of any sorts.So about 4 months ago I stopped paying and now suddenly telkom can phone me for their money, and because of this and because of them my credit record is up to s**** because TELKOM doesnt do or know their JOB. I phoned them numers of times asking them to sdtop trying to deduct from my account because it gives me a bad name, where they rep**** with no problem sir we will make a note of it and if I am not mistaken I did this 3 or 4 times and still they try to deduct after I asked them very niceley and I even said I will start paying again as soon as my service works, but my problem is that this service is ending in July so what does it help if someone fixes it now they will still probaly want their money for service not delivered, SO WHAT DO I STAND TO DO ANYONE THAT CAN HELP WITH THIS AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH AND NOT JUST LEAVE IT???????????</p> <p> </p> <p>MOST UNLUCKY,UNSATISFIED CLIENT</p>
