<p>After I logged a complaint on hellopeter, I was contacted by an agent from the relevant department at Telkom. It was requested that I provide them with the documents which was already given IN STORE. After communicating via email, I received an email from a different agent who clearly does not know what is going on. Staff not reliable and nothing was done to rectify the situation. What elke to do in order to get it right????</p>
