*********** pathetic company in south africa

<p>Telkom is so pathetic!!! I had two contracts with them that ended in mid 2015 and since last year October i have been trying to cancell the two contracts without any success. I was given a cancellation number and i was told that someone from the cancellation department will contact me regarding my cancellation.. but NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! And they keep deducting R900 every month! </p> <p>Every month i call them trying to find out what's happening but they keep telling me that my cancellation is pending and they will escalate the matter to their supervisor but ***** happens!!!! Last month i even asked to speak to one of the supervisor and she hanged up the phone!!! What's wrong with telkom????? I'm so disgusted by their pathetic service!!!! </p>
