*********** Operators and Insufficient Service

Good day,

In die middle of 2021 we requested that Telkom would please assist us with a Telkom Pole that needs to be moved and there was a lot of promises, till date nothing has been done. when you phone the call centre you are always transferred from the one operator to the other and from the one department to another.

I hope to get some feedback to try and resolve the issue
