<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged a fault 2 weeks ago reference 791ctk230217 . I keep getting smses that service is restored but nothing has been restored . My line is still out of order . I phoned 10210 and waited for very long and when I spoke to an agent , he told me he is going to call the technician and then call me back but am still awaiting the call . This is really dissapointing </p>
