***********,NEGLIGENT AND FASLE THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE THUS FAR

<p>I app**** for a contract phone and was declined due to credit score being to Low and 1 unpaid account, i contacted the call entre and was advised that my credit score is below 600 hence my application was declined. i immedietly contacted transunion for a credit score report which i had to pay for and i received within 24hours. My credit score is 882 and my credit profile is Excellent as per the transunion report. i do not have any unpaid accounts. The report also shows which companies did a enquirey on my profile and Telkom did not appear on the list which means that they are thumb sucking the information! someone is not doing their job they decline applications based on the mood they are in! all the information i was given is FALSE!!! this was a inconvinience and waste of money becuase i had to run around back and forth to the telkom shop and pay for a credit score report to prove that they falsely and wrongfully declined my application! how many other clients are facing this incompetence</p>
