OMW, what a terribly run business. My new phone stopped working, and 3 weeks in I am told "they are still awaiting spares". Surely any business with competent management would ensure access to spares and prioritise after sales service BEFORE selling a particular brand of handset. Classic case of "We Don't Care" yet again. They and Eskom should just be shut down.
