I app**** for the October deal, 20gig during day and 20 gig during night for R269pm middle of October. The consultant assured me I will be contacted for delivery and took all my details. Two weeks passed and nothing! I then made a follow up just to be told my application was not captured. I then again app****, gave all my details and was assured someone will phone me back! Again, nothing! The consultant gave his email address so that I can follow up but he didn't reply to my emails. I then phoned again and requested to speak to a manager who again captured the third apllication. Now by this time it was early November and the manager who tried to assist me is also no longer replying to my emails because I guess I questioned why I must now for the same offer pay R200 more per month because the deal was only for October. I would like to know who's problem that is going to be since calls are recorded and I have emails that I app**** in October.
