***********, Illiterate, Unprofessional service experiencing at telkom!!!!!!!

My dad had 3 cellphone contracts on his name, who is deceased from this year May. I've been to the Telkom store in June, after my dad passed away in May 2016, to inform them about this and asked them to transfer the contracts onto my name, after 3 days I get a call, it has been declined. Which I find it very difficult to understand, as I have Vodacom cellphone contracts and a good credit record. I asked the lady at the store to advise what should I do going further now that the contracts are declined to be on my name or my mums name, they asked me to hand in my dad's death certificate, together with the letter of executiveship to close the contracts. I've done that. Not forgetting, I paid R1600 cash end of June for the 3 contracts. After handing in the documents, I've been advised by the lady at the greenstone mall store that the contracts will be canceled. I've been under the impression the contracts will be canceled end of June. End of July, I get a bill emailed to me for the contracts, I've been back to the store, whom has advised me the contracts have not been canceled and that the lady that help me in June has resigned, like what the hell!!! Anyway, I had to go back the next day with the same documents, death certificate, letter of executiveship, handed it in, advised the lady at the store, I will not be making payment for July as the phones were not being used, then she tells me that the spend limit is being used, when the contracts were capped when taken. Anyway, I left, thinking the contracts are cancelled, once again, last week, which is now October, I received a bill via email stating there's an outstanding balance of almost R5000 to be paid! I was astonished looking at it, and thus again, I had to make a trip to the store to see the same lady who has told me to bring the documents again, I handed her everything, she then tells me that it can't be canceled of payment hasn't been made, I've freaking paid in June and expected the damn contracts to be canceled before July! I've made numerous trips to this *********** store and spoke to *********** people! How difficult is it for them to cancel the contract. Let me add, these contracts are round figure R630 a month for all 3 contracts, how on hell did the bill for R5000 come about!!!! Thats not all, I've called the Telkom call center now and spoke to Pitso, an illiterate guy, conversation started off well with me explaining everything above to him, telling him my dad is deceased, I asked him to check his system what is going on with this hugh bill, then I asked him if I can give him my late dads ID number, he then tells me, he has to speak to the account holder to get his ID number, and I was in shock and asked him how, then this guy tells me cause my dad is asleep, he has to wake up to give him the ID number to check the account! What the ****!!! How does Telkom hire such idiot, stupid, uneducated, hard of hearing people like such!! Yes, he ****ed me off which caused me to speak abruptly to him, he tells me to go back to the store, which need I say more, I've been to 6 times and handed in my dads death certificate 3 times. I explained again to him, and asked to speak to his manager who refused to speak to me and told me to go to the store! How difficult is it to submit a 2 page form for cancelation!! I am not going to pay that huge amount that they want to me pay for a contract that is blocked but not canceled!!! There's no way I'm paying R5000 if the people working for Telkom are so ***********!!!! Its not rocket science to submit a form! I am truly and utterly disgusted by the attitude, unruly, uneducated people of Telkom! Service sucks! People that work at Telkom are worse!!! I will never recommend anyone to take cell phone contracts with Telkom!!!
