I went to telkom store in mall of africa for an upgrade and asked them to cancel my other Sim card,but they didn't had to go there again 2 times for them to finally cancel, now the problem is whiles they where not doing their job,I was billed for that Sim,now they **** and said billing will call me knowing very well that they didn't contact them regarding the matter, I called billing since no 1 called me but, they said they no nothing about that matter and I was billed 3 times for something I didn't use.so I need that money.
