Absolutely useless. I went in to a Telkom Store and sat NEXT TO the sales consultant while he completed my order and watched him enter my details AND corrected him.

He still got it wrong.

This morning the techy called me to come and install my fixed voice line and they got my order wrong. I am absolutely disgusted with the service received. Now I had to cancel and replace my order and I have to wait another 2 weeks. I wasted 50 min of my call data on the phone with Telkom.

I need internet to do my job but relying on Telkom to accomplish anything, is like relying on a lion not to eat you.
