*********** Dishonest Telkom

<p>My Telkom account was in areas and handed over to some debt collecting agency Nu Debt. I settled the amount in 2016 however yo date my records haven't been updated. It appears everywhere and as a result I cannot get finance from financial institutions . I've communicated with Telkom numerous times and to date no one has assisted me all I get is that someone will revert back this has not happened. I am sick of the incompetence and lack customer service by Telkom. They Andre the worst service provider b I've dealt with! Follow up on the delisting *********** useless Telkom.</p>
