This afternoon I came across the most ***********,disrespectful and careless consultant called Nellia Ngiba.On friday 22 Jan 2016,I received a call from Telkom mobile Northgate to inform me that my contract was approved and the device is ready for collection,I went to the store and told the consultant what I was told with (full description of the device, my identity and proof of residence). Nellie answers me \We don't have stock for those devices"";she took her time going around;whistling; but I could see that the device was just next to her.When she took the device; I told her that I'm an existing prepaid client if she could endorse my existing number to my package and make it the contract holder number;\""No problem\"" she answers.took her time again whistling with a very disdainful facial expression"
