I have had the WORST experience with Telkom on MULTIPLE occasions both on the Call Centre line(s) and in-store. The Consultants are so laid back and have an "I don't want to be at work today" attitude. I have been trying to change my expired contract number to pre-paid. They've been telling me each day I should give it 24 Hours - how many 24 hours is there in 1 week?? This is pathetic and I will never ever ever take out anything with them again.
