I recently got an upgrade for my Lte internet account. For some stupid reason they deducted the debit order on the wrong date and it failed. Then resubmitted resubmitted later and collected successfully. Unfortunately their brain dead collections department did not pick that up. They sent me a statement with an arrears status. LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY! If you submit this false arrear status on the Credit Bureau's... I WILL TAKE YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND FILE A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU!!!
