Please refer to two previous complaints pertaining to this case:

Numerous online enquirers was submitted (with proof of delivery emails sent) for clarity on a refund owed.

If this was a client, Telkom would surely have blacklisted the client and accumulated interest on the account.

I am expecting the same interest on the amount owed, dating back to 2017!!!!!
