*********** cancellations department

I sent through my cancellation in January for 3 Huawei tablet contracts that are coming up for expiration. Yesterday I get a phone call from telkom telling me that I'm due for upgrades on 2 of my numbers - low and behold, telkom decided to cancel one of the numbers and has not cancelled the other 2! All 3 numbers were listed on the same cancellation form. I am very upset by this incompetency shown by telkom and expect this to be rectified with immediate effect as this delay in cancellation is now no fault of my own. Please urgently assist.
