*********** Call Centre Staff

<p>I called Telkom Mobile Call Centre almost a week ago and to my shock my mobile number is registered under someone else. The *********** agent, Thandeka Mbatha, did not have a clue why or how it happened, worst of all she could not give a solution and there was no supervisor or manager on the floor to assist. Feeling hopeless I told her to get her supervisor to call me. Shamefully no one has called me and I guess my sim card that I bought and ricared at a Telkom store is still registered on someone else's name. I want to know why I haven't heard anything from Thandeka's puppet supervisor, Aphiwe Gwanya, and their clearly *********** manager, Sheldon ****son. The call centre is clearly run by *********** people who carry titles they don't even fit in. Telkom, sort out your mess immediately or I'm porting this number to Vodacom for some great service. </p>
