I called the call centre and spoke to 2 consultants who both placed me on hold and never came back. The second one I spoke to is Zinhle, she was rude so close to yelling at me as I am frustrated that I am being billed on the modem amounts that I do not know of. If they cannot explain why don't they refer me to someone who will. I have had it with telkom.
