*********** call center and social media team

<p>This is my third day of frustration because Telkom is messing me around. They were meant to install a phone two days ago, they keep SMSing with lies to say the phone will be installed on a specific day but the day has long passed. The social media team is o *********** because they respond with a standard copy paste message and do nothing to try resolve the problem. The call center people know nothing and also do nothing to help. Telkom needs to do something about their poor service. Just because they are a big company doesn't mean they should treat their customers like this.</p>
