<p>24 hours with no land line or internet connection. We have been calling in the fault since yesterday morning. Our land line is now assigned to and ringing at another residence, the technicians keep clearing the fault as completed. What a pathetic group of *********** idiots. We then get told that we will be charged because of the cross line. HOW CAN A CROSS LINE BE OUR FAULT???</p> <p> </p> <p>TELKOM TAKES OUR MONEY EVERY GOD DAMN MONTH AND LEAVES US WITHOUT THE SERVICE WE PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!DISGUSTING IS NOT EVEN AN APPROPRIATE DESCRIPTION FOR THIS BULL**** SERVICE!!!!!!</p>
